ASP EXPLORER CLASS

While DSE's main exploration ship, the Da Vida Baby, is the most effective long-rage ship in our fleet, a more maneuverable and less unweildy ship is preferable for making long trips to other stations within the bubble. Hence the acquisition of an Asp Explorer to serve as a shuttle and transport.

I actually eschewed the AspX when I was starting out mainly based on looks, and I fully acknowledge how stupid a mistake that was. When I realized I needed a ship I could engineer to have as good a jump range as my Anaconda so that I could use it as a space taxi, it was clear the Asp Explorer was the natural choice so I used it as an excuse to finally acquire one of thise iconic ships.

This ship is amazingly fast, maneuverable, and durable for its size and price, and I can see why so many Commanders stick by their AspX far past the point it's all they can afford.
