Viper Mark III class

DSE maintains several light fighters in its various security pursuits on our clients' behalf, including the Viper Mk III. Unrivalled in its class for speed, the Mark III is an ideal patrol and interceptor craft boasting higher durability than the Eagle, though at a higher operating cost.

The original DSE-02 Yukinator, a Viper Mk IV, failed to live up to my needs at the time and was eventually replaced by the sleeker, faster, better Viper Mk III. This was a much more logical upgrade from the Eagle I'd been using up to this point, with its superior speed and higher hardpoint count. Still called into action when I try Massacre missions, since its firepower and speed are phenomenal compared to its rebuy cost.
